Axesstel router troubleshooting
If the login credentials are unable to grant the login access, then the only way to recover your services is by resetting the router. Pressing the reset key present at the router’s base for 30 seconds will set the router to its default.
Your internet connection may get interrupted after doing this. Consequently, you must maintain a previous record of default settings with you.
A correct IP address and Username/Password combination are required to access the router services. But, if a user is unable to recall them, then use the details mentioned on the router’s backside or at its base for login. You can try to contact the router manufacturer or get the user manual for this as well.
When you have the login access to your router, then, find a way to revert the settings with the default values first. Resetting should be the last resort. You can also seek help from a knowledgeable person.
